“It Couldn’t Be Done”

“It couldn’t be done” are the words you often hear about MLM. I am the voice that says, “It is being done!”

A Classic Poem Needs no Explanation of How It Relates to Network Marketing

It couldn't be done.... but it was

It Couldn’t be Done Author Edgar Albert Guest inspires Network Marketing professionals with his words

It Couldn’t Be Done

Somebody said that it couldn’t be done
      But he with a chuckle replied
That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one
      Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
      On his face. If he worried he hid it.
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
      That couldn’t be done, and he did it!

Somebody scoffed: “Oh, you’ll never do that;
      At least no one ever has done it;”
But he took off his coat and he took off his hat
      And the first thing we knew he’d begun it.
With a lift of his chin and a bit of a grin,
      Without any doubting or quiddit,
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
      That couldn’t be done, and he did it.

There are thousands to tell you it cannot be done,
      There are thousands to prophesy failure,
There are thousands to point out to you one by one,
      The dangers that wait to assail you.
But just buckle in with a bit of a grin,
      Just take off your coat and go to it;
Just start in to sing as you tackle the thing
      That “cannot be done,” and you’ll do it.

I love this poem because it exemplifies the very attitude I took about many obstacles in my life.

There is always going to be someone that says it can’t be done and yet there are always people who have done it.

This is true in the Network Marketing profession. When you join a company, don’t listen to those who keep saying,”it can’t be done” because they make that their reality. Unite with those who have done it and who are doing it because for them that is the truth. What side you will end up on is whichever side you choose to believe and choose to follow. However I must fairly warn you son, there is no reward in concluding it can’t be done.

  1. This is the right blog for anyone who wants to find out about this topic. You realize so much its almost hard to argue with you (not that I actually would want…HaHa). You definitely put a new spin on a topic thats been written about for years. Great stuff, just great!

  2. obviously like your website but you have to take a look at the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling problems and I find it very troublesome to tell the truth then again I’ll definitely come back again.

  3. In this awesome scheme of things you secure an A with regard to effort. Where exactly you actually misplaced me ended up being in your specifics. As people say, the devil is in the details… And that couldn’t be more accurate right here. Having said that, let me tell you what did do the job. Your writing is certainly incredibly engaging and that is probably why I am taking an effort in order to comment. I do not really make it a regular habit of doing that. Secondly, even though I can certainly notice the jumps in logic you make, I am not necessarily confident of how you seem to unite the ideas which in turn produce the actual final result. For the moment I shall subscribe to your position but hope in the future you actually link the facts better.
